Waldo is popping up all over Milwaukie this July! The famous children’s book character in the striped shirt and black-rimmed specs is visiting locally owned small businesses throughout the Milwaukie/Oak Grove area.  Those who spot him can win prizes, gift certificates to local businesses and more! 

Co-presented by Spoke & Word Books and Candlewick Book Publisher, Find Waldo Local is a great summer vacation activity, and a wonderful way to check out local businesses!

Anyone who wishes to participate can pick up a “Find Waldo Local in Milwaukie!” passport at Spoke & Word Books.  Then visit participating businesses from July 1st-27th and get your passport stamped or signed for each Waldo you spot!
