Cookbook Club: Kachka; A Return to Russian Cooking

Mark your calendars for February 26th - Cookbook Club is back! We are excited to partner with the Ledding Library to host local chef and restauranteur Bonnie Frumkin Morales, who will be sharing Kachka: A Return to Russian Cooking. This event is free and will take place on February 26th @ 6:00pm.

Then, on March 6th, we will meet up at Spoke & Word with our own Kachka dishes to talk them over and enjoy together. All experience levels are welcome - and you can bring anything you've made from the book. Just let us know what you'll be bringing!

Entry fee is $10 if you bought the book elsewhere, but free to anyone who buys Kachka: A Return to Russian Cooking through Spoke & Word. We can't wait to see you there!
